Researcher at the Latin American Centre for Studies in Culture (CLAEC), the International Association of Portuguese Linguistics (AILP) and the Asociación de Estudios sobre Discurso y Sociedad (EDiSo). Founder and head of the Interdisciplinary Research Group on Language Studies (GIEL/CNPq). Research interests and current projects span Philosophy of Migration, Anticolonial Praxis, Health and Education, Discourse Studies, ICTs, Language and Education.
